We’ve created the very unique Breaking Through The Board ™ program that is designed to work with you in reviewing any plans or presentations you will be making to the board. We’ll review your goals and information, and provide feedback and ample research to prepare you in winning your case with your board of directors. We also offer customized board training and board mediation as necessary.

The Breaking Through The Board program is overseen by Paul McDonald, former member of the Board of Directors for UHS Employees Federal Credit Union in Upstate NY. While on the Board, McDonald also served as Chair of the Credit Advisory Committee, Chair of the Nominating Committee, and member of the Policy Committee. With his real-life board member experience he can think like your board of directors and advise you accordingly to ensure success with your goals.
